- The Nicassar are in canon as being strong psykers. And they are described in various GW developers' quotes as being like polar bears. So it's not homebrew.
This is now about the wondorous psychic polar bears from space, the Niccasar.
Little is known about the Niccasar, except that for all intents and purposes, they are psychic polar bears from space(Coincidently this also makes them the best addition to a scifi universe, ever).
They travel in similar means to the Imperium, in that they use "Navigators" or members of the race more psychicly inclined that the norm of the race, which is saying something.
What their culture consists of, their government (If any), gender variations, are unknown. Little is known about their technology, however it can be assumed that it is of Imperial level, given their warp-jump capabilities.
Since they are Space bears, one can only assume they be skilled in close-combat, with bear claws being largley unsuitable for ballistic weaponry (How does space bears know what guns is)
However, besides what we can make an inference about, little to nothing is known of the Niccasar warmachine, and its capabilities.
